While they can count on journals to format accepted papers, researchers must usually take care themselves of formatting their reports, slides, posters, dissertations, or curricula vitæ. Like other forms of visual communication, page layout is not part of our education, and many of us lack reference points. This two-hour lecture offers a rational approach to visual structure, ideal for those of us who believe they have little artistic flair.
This lecture will be broadcast 'live' only (no recording).
